Pumpkin Spice Candied Walnuts with all the warm flavors of pumpkin pie made mere minutes! They make a delicious gift for family and friends!

Pumpkin Spice Candied Walnuts

Candied anything might be some of the most addictive stuff you make at the holidays. Candied pecans… Candy Apple Jelly… even Candied Jalapeños (hello – Cowboy Candy??!)

Anything that starts with candy is just plain good in my book.

Combine that with pumpkin spice and Oh My Heavens to Betsy – YUM. Whipping up these Pumpkin Spice Candied Walnuts is the perfect way to take the edge off of a craving (ask me how I know…). Not to mention, they are wonderful when gifted at the holidays to friends and family.

Pumpkin Spice Candied Walnuts

There are so many recipes out there for candied nuts – but this recipe has been my go-to for years. Not only are they addictive, they come together so easily with just a few simple ingredients.

Start by beating the egg white with a hand mixer or by hand, just until the white is broken up and bubbly. Stir in the granulated sugar, pumpkin spice and vanilla. Once well-mixed, fold in the walnuts, taking care to coat them as thoroughly as possible.

You want to make sure you get the sweet mixture in all the crevices of those nuts!

Lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.

Once they are done, allow them to cool; then seal them in a FoodSaver bag, or store them in mason jars. They make a beautiful, handmade gift for family and friends.
