Quick and easy to make, this Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse comes together beautifully with healthy ingredients that will curb any craving!
I love finding ways to use up our raw milk every week.
One of the first things I learned how to make with raw milk years ago was yogurt. Every other week I’d pull out my good ol’ trusty crrock pot and whip up a batch.
Then it happened. ☺️
I was introduced to the Instant Pot, and the rest was history! The Instant Pot made the yogurt-making process wonderfully easy. With the push of a few buttons, I could transform a gallon of raw milk into beautiful, creamy goodness.
Most of the time, that homemade yogurt would be topped with fresh berries and a little maple syrup and enjoyed for breakfast. Every so often I like to make these yogurt pops…
But I always keep a little bit of homemade yogurt for this delicious chocolate mousse.
It is undoubtedly my splurge!
With a few simple ingredients (Greek yogurt, raw milk, dark chocolate, maple syrup and a little vanilla extract), it comes together quite easily.
Go far out on this dessert and top with chocolate shavings and fresh berries, and voila! You have something that your kids will go wild and crazy for!
Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse
Making this mousse has never been so easy. Start by heating your milk and chocolate on the lowest heat, stirring constantly until your chocolate melts into a smooth sauce.
Carefully add the sweetener (honey or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
In a medium size bowl, combine the chocolate mixture with the greek yogurt. Give it a good stir until it’s well mixed, and then cover with plastic wrap. Chill in your refrigerator for at least two hours.
Serve your beautiful dessert with chocolate shavings and berries (or even whipped cream!)
The mousse will keep for two days in the chilled refrigerator — though I doubt it’ll last past that first day. This mousse is too delicious!
