A few years ago, I hopped on the keto bandwagon and had tremendous success. The first week or two was hard – I’ll admit. My bread-loving, sweet-loving self wanted to stuff my face with chocolate and carbs so desperately…🫣🤣
But I stayed the course and within a few weeks, I was well on my way to losing a bunch of extra fat I had accumulated over the course of several pregnancies. 🙌
I’m here to tell y’all.… dropping pounds is more challenging with each year of age. It really can be a challenge! I enjoy hiking and running so I made a point of committing to myself and taking my kids with on my adventures. Not only did we make a lot of great memories (and still am!) I lost a bunch of weight in the process.
And eggs were one of my go-to faves for that!
