Peanut Butter Banana Bars
One of my favorite food combinations when I was a kid was bananas and peanut butter. When I was old enough to make my own food, I’d smother peanut butter between two pieces of bread and top that peanut butter with bananas. It was definitely one of my favorite things to eat.
Now, 30+ years later, I’m still crazy about that combination and find my kids doing the same thing. There’s something about bananas and peanut butter that just tastes so amazing…
Even if you ditch the bread, sitting down with a jar of peanut butter and a spoon is undoubtedly delicious. These bars combine addictive peanut butter chips with pantry ingredients, and banana chips, to make these easy bars.
