Mini Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Learn how to make this Mini Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread with just four simple ingredients and a short bake in the oven! It’s the perfect comfort food for a family gathering or for the holiday dinner table!

A holiday dinner table is not complete unless you have two things: bread, and cranberries. Not necessarily in that order – obviously, but one cannot live without bread.

To live without bread is such a travesty!

And cranberries – who can resist? These beautiful bags pop up in supermarkets across the U.S. as early as August – and in my area, they are quick to disappear. They are delicious when dehydrated and added to granola, or even covered in sugar . Yum and yum!

This recipe, however, combines them with brie cheese and refrigerated biscuits to make a pull-apart bread that will knock the socks off every guest at the dinner table.

And for the record: I love being in the kitchen. It’s an exciting thing to me.

But even more? I love being in the kitchen AND making a recipe that requires just four ingredients. And a little cooking spray.

Mini Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread

This bread comes together easily, so easily, with just 4 ingredients:

  • refrigerated biscuits (you know, the kind that “pops” when you unroll the paper from the can
  • brie cheese
  • cranberry sauce
  • a little butter

Because butter always, always makes everything better – right?  ðŸ˜‰ðŸ§ˆ

Not to mention, this pull-apart bread looks just beautiful on a platter – doesn’t it? It truly looks like you spent a copious amount of time baking things up in the kitchen.

This is the perfect way to fill a hungry belly while you’re waiting for the rest of the meal to cook up, or a really good way to enjoy the company of others around a dish you can all share.

I hope you love this bread as much as I do – it is one of my favorite recipes to make during the Holiday season – not just for Thanksgiving but also in the days leading up to Christmas. It’s a kid-favorite, and a beautiful way to enjoy one of my favorite holiday foods (hello- cranberries!) while indulging in something that’s absolutely delicious.
