The holidays are just a few weeks away, and already Pinterest and Facebook are blowing up with all kinds of amazingly delicious holiday cookies.
It’s hard to scroll past without wishing you could dive in and forget your troubles for a day. It’s fun to have the opportunity to healthify some of the popular holiday favorites – right?
These healthier chocolate crinkle cookies are super easy to make with just a few simple ingredients – no refined sugar, gluten-free, dusted with a touch of tapioca flour and dunked in a huge glass of milk… A little piece of heaven!
These healthy chocolate crinkle cookies come together with simple ingredients and coconut flour – the dough is soft enough to roll into small balls to make 9-10 cookies. If you prefer larger cookies, roll into larger balls to make 5-6.
They will not spread like a traditional cookie, so you will ned to flatten them slightly with the bottom of a glass.
After ten quick minutes in the oven, they are ready to enjoy with a cold glass of milk. Keep leftover cookies in a tightly covered container, but I’m certain you won’t have to worry about that because they go relatively quickly.
I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
