Sometimes, the best way to relax is to unwind with a long, hot bath ~ truth be told, it can be easier said than done. Especially if you have kids!
Lavender and Chamomile are both wonderful for helping with relaxation, especially after a long day. If you have fresh Chamomile Flowers, then even better ~ you can use them instead of the tea bags in this DIY.
We didn’t have fresh Chamomile Flowers, but the tea bags work amazingly well ~ combined with Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils, we made a wonderful bath soak that would serve as a great gift idea.
If you have a Costco Membership, Epsom Salts are rather inexpensive – you can get (2) 6 lb bags for just $7. You don’t necessarily have to use your Food Processor, but we wanted a finer bath soak so we put 1 C. of Epsom Salt in our food processor with 2 of the Traditional Medicinals Tea Bags.
Add a few drops of each Lavender and Chamomile Essential oils for a luxurious bath soak that is great for skin and relaxing at the same time!
Why use Lavender and Roman Chamomile? Both of these Essential Oils are wonderful for supporting healthy skin, not to mention they are also very gentle.
