Mango Lassi
This delicious Mango Lassi is the ultimate summer drink that comes together easily with just a few simple ingredients - tastes amazing!

- 2 C ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
- 4 Tbsp honey or sugar more to taste
- 1 C plain yogurt
- 1 C milk regular or plant based
- pistachios and almonds for garnish
- 1 C ice cubes
In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Garnish pistachios , almonds and mango chunks if desired Serve chilled and enjoy!
