Snickerdoodle Diffuser Blend

Essential Oils

Tasty cookies Snickerdoodle and coffee with milk close-up on the table. vertical, rustic style
Here’s a fun recipe for a Snickerdoodle Diffuser Scent ~ if you are trying to forego the actual “Snickerdoodles” (that can add to your hips), then try this ~ not only will it help you forego the cookies, it will make your house smell amazing, too!

Diffusing essential oils is the most cost effective way to reap health benefits – every time you breathe in the oils you take advantage of their boosting properties.

When you inhale them through your nose, tiny nerves send an immediate signal to the brain; at that point in time, the brain immediately goes to work on the systems that moderate your mind and body.

Do you use Essential Oils? We do and have for 3 years – we feel comfortable with Young Living and would not recommend anything else. Read more about WHY we chose Young Living on our last post.

I’m planning on making snickerdoodle Dead Sea and Himalayan pink salt scrubs for Christmas gifts. Not sure of the drop ratio but this may be a good start. What drop ratio would you use for making 1oz salt scrub gifts?

Hi Nancy! For most body applications, I’d say 2% – so you could use 2 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil. 1 oz is 6 tsp so that would be 12 drops of essential oil for 1 oz of carrier oils. Hope that helps! Sounds like a wonderful gift!
