Relaxing Diffuser Recipes to Help you Wind Down

Who doesn’t love more diffuser blends? Here are a few that are great for winding down after a long day. One of my favorite, most basic combinations is 4 drops Cedarwood and 4 drops Lavender.

But if you are looking for something NEW give these a try!

The BEST part about inhalation… is that essential oils have the ability to pass the blood/brain barrier and penetrate membranes allows them to reach the emotional center of the brain in seconds.
