Get Rid of Bathroom Odors (Naturally)

Essential Oils

Easy Bathroom Freshener

Friends, I’m going to be completely honest with you and tell you that it is a struggle for me to keep ONE of the two bathrooms in my house smelling fresh.

This bathroom happens to be the bathroom for the males – including my boys.

Smells of flowers follow us girls wherever we go – and my girls truly know how to keep a bathroom clean (thank goodness for that!) But in the boys bathroom we need all the help we can get.

This has proven to work well for us – so we are going to share with you in hopes you will try the same simple trick.

To combat the odors in the bathroom that the men in my life use, we simply dropped a single drop of Purification Essential Oil in the inner-tube of the toilet paper roll.

A single drop is all that is needed. The scent will last for the life of the roll.

Considering that one bottle of Purification has approximately 250 drops, it’s a very inexpensive way to keep the bathroom smelling fresh – for a LONG period of time.

Get rid of Odors in the Bathroom with ONE Drop!

Purification is a blend from Young Living that contains Lemongrass, Rosemary, Melaleuca, Citronella, Myrtle and Lavandin.

It’s GREAT for neutralizing odors – not only does it work great in the diffuser to freshen the air, it helps keep smells under wraps in the bathroom too. We sometimes even stick 2-3 drops on a cotton ball and put in the shoes by the entry because my kid have some stinky feet too. It also works great on dryer balls to freshen clothes.

Make sure you keep your Purification handy so that you can put a drop in each roll – keep it on the top shelf in the bathroom, away from eager hands.

Young Living Oils

There are many reasons we use Essential Oils, and Young Living is our go-to simply because of their Seed to Seal Commitment to purity and authenticity.  Read more about them on our last post.
