This crunchy broccoli salad is the perfect dish to pair with a summer meal – it goes together with just a few simple ingredients in just a few minutes. It’s easy, full of flavor and simply incredible!

Whip together this healthy broccoli salad in just minutes with a few simple ingredients. It's not only easy, it's incredibly delicious!

There is no doubt that a crunchy broccoli salad might just be the perfect accompaniment to a hot summer, simply because you don’t have to turn on the stove or oven to make it. Even better, the dressing incorporates mayonnaise and honey instead of using refined sugar.

Even those who may not love broccoli will go heads over tails for this salad – which includes a combination of mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar, toasted slivered almonds, fresh shredded cheddar cheese, and diced onions.

You could actually take it a step further and add crispy cooked bacon pieces, sunflower seeds, and raisins – but even if you don’t have those, it still tastes incredible without!

The salad has a wonderful flavor that enhances with time, as long as you keep it covered in the fridge.

If you are looking for a dish to pass at church, for your next barbecue or, just to have on hand for a quick, healthy lunch or dinner, don’t overlook this broccoli salad. It’s always one of the most popular sides when we have to bring a dish to pass.. even the kids gobble it right up.

I sure hope you love this broccoli salad as much as I do!  It’s one of my favorite things to whip up when I’m looking for something easy yet healthy.
