Instructions
Measure 1/2 C kelp meal. Cover it with 1 C. water. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.
Take the hydrated kelp meal and puree it in a high powered blender to make a thick paste. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. Aim for the back corner (coldest spot).
To make kelp meal tea as a foliar spray, use 2 tsp per 1 gallon of water. For direct soil application, use 4 tsp per 1 gallon of water.
