Ingredients

  • 2 oz ginger peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 oz garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil or recommend avocado, sunflower, or sesame + additional for the top

Instructions

  • Peel the garlic cloves, rinse and set aside.
  • Rinse the ginger root and peel. Chop roughly into smaller pieces.
  • Add the garlic cloves and ginger to the food processor with the salt and oil. Whiz with the food processor until it reaches a fine paste.
  • Transfer the paste to a clean glass jar. Drizzle with a little oil and cover tightly to refrigerate.
