Ingredients
2ozgingerpeeled and cut into chunks
4ozgarlic clovespeeled
1tspsalt
3Tbspolive oilor recommend avocado, sunflower, or sesame + additional for the top
Instructions
Peel the garlic cloves, rinse and set aside.
Rinse the ginger root and peel. Chop roughly into smaller pieces.
Add the garlic cloves and ginger to the food processor with the salt and oil. Whiz with the food processor until it reaches a fine paste.
Transfer the paste to a clean glass jar. Drizzle with a little oil and cover tightly to refrigerate.
