Bourbon Candied Peanuts
Bourbon Candied Peanuts are addictive, delicious and super easy to throw together - they make the perfect sweet snack and an even better gift for the holidays!

Ingredients
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 C bourbon
- 3 C peanuts
Instructions
- Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the peanuts. Mix well to coat thoroughly.
- Transfer the peanuts to a skillet on low/medium for 8-10 minutes; stir frequently to prevent the peanuts from burning.
- Remove the peanuts from the stove; spread evenly on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Allow the peanuts to cool for 15 minutes if not more. You can also place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for quicker cooling.
- Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool pantry.
