Pumpkin Spice Candied Walnuts
Pumpkin Spice Candied Walnuts with all the warm flavors of pumpkin made minutes! They make a delicious gift!

- 1 egg white
- 1/3 C granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice or more, to preference
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 oz walnuts
Beat the egg white, either by hand or with a hand mixer, until the egg white is broken up and bubbles are showing.
Stir in the sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the walnuts, taking care to cover them as thoroughly as possible.
Spread on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before storing in jars or sealing in FoodSaver bags for even longer storage.
