Place chips in a microwave-safe dish and heat 20 seconds at a time. Stir the chips after each heating. When fully melted, use a fork to dip the beans in the chocolate. Make sure they are fully coated. Allow most of the chocolate to drip off.
Place the coated bean on wax paper or a silicone mat. Allow to slightly cool before adding a pinch of salt to the top. You want the chocolate to be cool so the salt stays in chunks but not so much that the salt does not stick to the chocolate.
