Cheesy Garlic Swiss Chard

- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- 1 bunch swiss chard coarsely chopped, stems included
- 1/2 C broth chicken or vegetable
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook for approximately 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the broth and chard stems only, and cook about 5 minutes, or until the stems begin to soften.
Stir in the chard leaves, and cook until wilted.
Add the lemon juice to the skillet, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Stir well, and serve!
