Jalapeño Simple Syrup Recipe
Jalapeño simple syrup is both spicy and sweet and the key to an amazing margarita! It's easy to make at home with just two key ingredients!

- 2 C water
- 2 C granulated sugar
- 6 jalapeños stem and seeds removed
Combine the water and sugar in a medium saucepan over low/medium heat.
Once the sugar is dissolved, add 6 sliced jalapeños and bring the mixture to a low simmer for ten minutes.
Turn off the heat; let the syrup cool.
Combine the syrup in your Vitamix and blend until combined.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer or a double layer of coffee filters. Bottle into a glass jar.
Refrigerate for up to one month.
